Bindings fail after Pi general software upgrade

I use a Fibaro FGMS-001 PIR multi-sensor to turn on the heating in an area of my house when someone is detected in there. I have written my own Python system so no third party app is involved (such as Home Assistant). This has been working for several years, using Zway on a Raspberry Pi 3. I now use...

Re: Timing info shows red 1 as time

I'm not sure of exactly when it happened. It's run every 3 hours. I've looked at the z-way-server.log for each episode from 1800 the previous day to 1500 of the day (20 July), pulled out the relevant secion, and used Notepad++ to run a Compare. There are differences in the data values, but no obviou...

Timing info shows red 1 as time

Using Expert UI, under Network / Timing Info, I sometimes see a series of red 1's as the times (under Last Packets in 10 ms units). Red indicates a failed transmission, but if so, surely it would not take 10 msec?? So what does this mean? When I get a genuine failure, it is more like a red 250 (2.5 ...

Re: How to migrate to Razberry 7

I am trying to upgrade from a series 500 Razberry to a Razberry7 . First, on power up I get only a very short flash from the on-board LED(s). Poltos says above this is normal. I get the Expert UI web page and the controller info which says "Z-Wave Chip: ZW0700", so I assume I am connected....

Re: How to upgrade Raspberry Pi ZWAY (v3.23 to v4)

Thanks, and yes, I seemed to have solved it, but only after making certain I could back-track!

I have asked about the Neighbourhood Map on a separate post. The answer was it is now under the Analytics tab, but I don't have that tab. I don't know why. Any suggestions?

Re: Network Map

I don't seem to have an Analytics tab. In the Expert UI, I have Home, Control, Device, Configuratuion, Network, Settings, Jobs. I can't see Analytics in any of those either. I have a feeling I looked at this some while back and Analytics is a special tab?

Network Map

There used to be a Network Map available in earlier versions of Zway using the Expert UI on the Raspberry Pi/Razberry setup. Certainly it was there in v2. Where has it gone? The Manual refers to it as a Poltorak-Chart, and it is still mentioned. My Razberry is a few years old now, with: SDK Version:...

Re: How to upgrade Raspberry Pi ZWAY (v3.23 to v4)

One thing, while I have your attention. Where is the Neighbourhood Map gone? In an earlier version of zway, (probably v2), in the Expert UI, there was a Network Map connecting each node to the neighbours that it coulld communicate with. I found that very useful. This is still referred to in the Manu...

Re: How to upgrade Raspberry Pi ZWAY (v3.23 to v4)

Further again to the above, after backing up the SD Card I ran the sudo wget command, and it installed "Firmware v4.0.2", according to the Info in Settings in the SmartHome UI. One thing Poltos should note is that I have to keep a copy of the .syscommands file (/opt/z-way-server/automation...

Further to the above, the "update" operation produced the following errors, which are related to z-wave: W: An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error: https://repo.z-wave.me/z-way/raspbian bullsey...
