Hi! I've got a Window/Door Sensor from Fibaro, and the tamper alarm is constantly in an "ON" state. The alarm is activatet by pushing the button on the back of the sensor. This isn't a problem when using for example a Fibaro Motion Sensor, because that sensor resets the tamper alarm after a set time...
