Would like email to contain which device provoked alarm
Hello I just set up the alarm, and also have a few other conditions sending a mail, and it works nicely. However, if i have 6 sensors, that can provoke the alarm state, i do not see which sensor provoked it. likewise for flood and smoke detector, where i also have several. I am sure it is just a que...

Re: Device icon state problem Aeotec door/window sensor 6
And JUST before shutting down the PC, i was playing with the magnet and the sensor, and noticed something blinking on the screen. Turned out by including my sensor, also a button was created, and somewhere it was said, that the button was created by "Trap events from Remotes and Sensors". This butto...

Re: Device icon state problem Aeotec door/window sensor 6
Hello - sorry the delay. I considered your suggestion, and did a lot of more testing, but behavior stays the same. I did not dive into the icons, because on the elements list on the main page, where the icon is expected to show open and closed, there is also mentioned the word on or off correspondin...

Re: Device icon state problem Aeotec door/window sensor 6
I forgot to add an important fact.
I had doubts about the good working of the exchanged device, so i bought a new one of the same kind (question of having the same device on all doors/windows).
The new Aeotec Door/Window sensor 6 that i just received has the exact same problem.

Then one failed - it started using ...

Re: howto program this logic ?
Well it was less complicated. Only the "automates switch off" did it in a normal "if then" app. But it took me a while to realize since i kept looking for the app "automated switch off" in the "if then" or "logical rule", when i simply still had to enter the usual switch. In the mean time i went thr...
