I notice in setting up Alexa it prompts for a remote ID sign-in to your server. How is this server used in the process? Does the Z-way skill send the commands to the z-wave.me server, which in turns sends commands down to my z-way server on the Razberry/PI? If that's true, does that mean that these ...

Their server is down, for how long who knows. Support told me it would be back up "shortly", but I sense that means at some point in time.

Same problem here. Contacted support the other day and they said it would be up shortly. But given that was two days ago I guess that didn't mean today or tomorrow, more like someday.
