I need some help, is there a guide on how to change the region from KR to EU

and what does the physic bottom do on the RaZberry,

I just bought a (RaZberry2 ZMEKRAZ2 EU) and when I try to change region to EU in Z-way advance I just have option KR or JP, all other is grayed out. I have run the sh script (sh changezwf.sh /dev/ttyAMA0 EU) and juppii (Switch to European Frequency (848.4 ... 869 MHz)) BUT!!! but but :( after a rest...
