How do we get these updates if we’re running on a My Cloud? We’re several updates behind at this point.

The access denied comes because you need to log into the regular UI first. Then it should load the page. But it didn’t work for me and I’m out of town and unable to get my logs right now.

They actually did some work on the power lines yesterday morning and they killed power. When it came back on, the thermostat HAD been deleted again. I’m guessing this is something that will keep happening until the MyCloud gets an update.

A few options I can think of would be blacklisting certain words. I can’t imagine any reason this forum would have a valid post with words like “Nike”, “Adidas” or even “shoe/shoes”. Another, I would assume several of these accounts are coming from the same place, so IP banning them may be an option...

Ok. I hope to not lose power any time soon, but hopefully it saves all my settings and such. At this point I’m really hoping for an update for the My Cloud so my lock will FINALLY work correctly.

I am using a UZB Stick and Z-Way on a WD My Cloud. It lost my thermostat which was the only physical device I had on my network after rebooting. I excluded it and re-included it and it’s working properly. I haven’t tested if it will do it again after another reboot.

I’m having the same thing with my setup on a MyCloud device. I really would like a fix because my thermostat resetting every time I lose power will be a HUGE issue to me.
