I have checked the slow responsiveness does not depend on the UI. When I have no active session, still rules can take up to 10 seconds to activate.

6 months on, any sign of a new release?
I see rc versions of 3.00 - but the last was Dec 18
The most recent version I April is this: z-way-server-Rehau-v2.3.8-59-g1cc93c0-ext.tgz

I found the issue. Simple mistake I forgot to define the AND or OR clause on one of my Logical Rules.
