I have the same thing happen with me. Apparently it's also not recognizing my license.

I emailed the support and they reset my license, now my system is working again!

That worked for me too. Of course, now I get “Unable to update data.AddNodeToNework(1)” when I try to add any devices. It’s become EXTREMELY frustrating.

I applied it and it still does it. I’ve been talking to you via email and opened up remote support for my setup.

I’m still having my issues and nothing I’ve done has helped.
