job queue runs full after upgrade to v4.1.0

When operating any switch Node I get 3 x Not delivered + Removing jot due to too many retransmissions. Then "check if node has failed" + Node is operating. Restarting the service does not fix but power cycle does

This is a Z-Wave chip firmware issue (SiLabs SDK), not on Z-Way side. You need to upgrade your firmware to the latest.

Your problem (fimrware problem) is not related to the topic discussed here. And it should go away after upgrading.

My firmware is 7.36. The UI says "Your stick uses the latest firmware". You say "You need to upgrade your firmware to the latest" but it seems it already is ????

Just to be clear - I managed to update to 7.38 but doesn't fix the Z-Wave chip firmware issue (SiLabs SDK)

We probably need to get more info on your network, grab and Zniffer traces. If you have a second RaZberry or Z-Uno, they can become a Zniffer to collect network info.

BTW, v4.1.1 is our and it fixed the job queue issue (the original issue mentioned in this post). Our apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for helping us debug it!

Thank you for v 4.1.1 - but the problem with the growing load is not solved for me.

For me a cpu usage of about 3% was normal untill 3.4.2 and now i am after 4 days ready again at 16%. My system will then again not react in the next hours. I have already reconfigured the network and performed an init 0 after upgrading to 4.1.1

Since no one else on this forum has reported the z-way-server process consuming anything close to 65% %CPU, it may be something unique with your configuration, such as a misbehaving virtual device or app. Does the z-way-server.log file (nominally, /var/log/z-way-server.log) show a high level of activity?

More info is needed to better understand the issue. Please run the following commands: ps -L -p `pidof z-way-server`; ps -F -p `pidof z-way-server`

These commands do nothing to solve the CPU issue, but they will show the CPU usage for each of the z-way-server threads and the total CPU usage. This information will reveal which thread is consuming the CPU and should help isolate the cause.

When I was running 4.1.0, after 3 days, I was on 25% CPU. Now I'm back on 3.2.3, which has not those issues.
