Replacing failed device

Hej everybody,

some of my devices suddenly failed (is actually dead) and I wanted to replace that device. When I go to the expert frontend > Network > Control and select my device to replace it, a green message appears in the device management section where I can include / exclude devices. The message says that I can now replace my device and the new device will get the same device id as the failed one. But when I click on 'Start Inclusion' I get a javascript error that some API call didn't work as expected (I have to recall from memory. It was something like: Error when ... AddToNode(1)). So because that way doesn't work, I've added the device as a new device. I had to change some rules but now everthing works as before. But in case of future issues: Is this a known problem? Will there be a fix? Is there a workaround?
