Hi, i have setup the homekit gate (zway version 4.0.2, added to iOS, but all devices are marked as “no response”. I have also tried to expose only 1 device but is shown as “no response”.
What can i do?

Please provide a backup, so we can try it (on support@z-wave.me). Sometimes it happens due to a problem with one device (a value out of range or undefined). But if you tried one device and it still does not work, we need to look on it in more details.

I have a similar problem and sent a ZAB Backup to support@z-wave.me more than a month ago.
Since today I didn´t receive a solution...

The new HomeKit Architecture that got announced in Summer 2022 and is available since December 2022 completely breaks the HomeKit Support from Zway.

The sad thing is that I don´t even get a reply - they just ask every x days if they can close the ticket.
No solution at all - I just bought a new RaZberry 7 but the problems are still the same.

We are trying to reproduce the issue. We upgraded all devices on our side but they still work like a charm. The issue is that we can't reproduce the prblem on our side.
We will try to solve it. Recently we improved HK integration (will become available in v4.0.4), but those were mostly improvements, nothing special for the new OS 16.1

But did you check my ZAB-File? You could import all devices? No! I tried it many many times ...

Did you open the Apple Home.app, click the "More" button, and then select your Home settings and click the HomeKit upgrade there?We upgraded all devices on our side but they still work like a charm. The issue is that we can't reproduce the prblem on our side.
