Send PUT/POST/CURL on sensor trigger

Im searching for a way to send command to my Hikvision camera. Purpose is to start camera alarm when PIR sensor detects motion.

Is there any app for razberry that can send PUT/POST/CURL? Or an app where to customly code your own scene with for example JS?
