I am using Eve app with Apple HomeKit Gate. I have 2 dimmers which are working correctly. However, my thermostats (Stelpro Ki STZW402+) don't seem to work properly with Apple HomeKit Gate.

Z-Way sees the thermostats as two accessories: a thermometer and a thermostat. With the AppleKit Gate, the thermometers are detected as lights and display the temperature as a brightness percentage. The thermostat is not functional.

Are there any troubleshooting steps, or is this the best I can get for the moment?

Many of us have switched to Homebridge for our Homekit functions. It has a ton of support for many different platforms and is more robust and configurable than the built in homekit functionality ever was.

To be honest, though, I never actually found where the "official" z-way version went after it was removed from the official distribution.

The "official" version was withdrawn. In the online Apps store there is a user (Andreas Freud) supplied version of Apple HomeKit Gate
