Yes, both my modules and devices are on the EU frequency.

ok, didn't know the Z-Way with UZB requires license. So back to square one (as I wrote - I could see the UZB flashing blue when sending the inclusion command from Home Assistant), but no module was added even though I hard reset them.

It all started after sending the
sudo -s echo -ne "\x01\x04\x00\x42\x01\xB8" > /dev/ttyACM0
command.

What can I do to fix the problem?

I've been able to include a new (out of the box) module. So I guess there is no issue with the UZB controller, but rather in excluding an old module belong to the previous network. I think this thread is no longer the place for that issue... If needed I'll open a new thread.
