hm... the controller can not read it's own network key. can you try to reset the RaZberry ? (do Factory reset). Or you have many devices in the network?

I’ve reset it a few times and this lock is the only thing on the network so far. I’ll try resetting again tonight.

Ok, I tried resetting and got no luck. I installed the Windows version of the server to my laptop and plugged the stick in there. I was actually able to properly sync the lock to the computer, so it seems it’s something with the server software for the My Cloud and not the stick itself, which I was concerned it might be.

I've completely restored my My Cloud device and started fresh with a new install of the software and am still having the same issue. The lock learns in perfectly with the Windows version of the software, so it seems to be the version for the WD
