In older versions otz might not be accepted. Rename it to ota

PoltoS any suggestions on to debug why an firmware isn´t be updated?
Have a firmware update that home-seer users are able to flash, but it doesn´t start in Zway.
No intresting data in web debugger or the log files based on my eyes.

Please try to run the upgrade with the device in unsecure mode (exclude it and include with security turned off). Please show me the log of your upgrade process (should be about 20 lines only) and ip:8083/JS/Run/zway.devices[XXXX].FirmwareUpdate.data.fragmentSize.value

Thanks, this worked.

This is fixed in the latest RC, so the workaround will not be needed with the next release

Just to take this one further step. Should you be able to update firmware with bootloader embedded ?

When trying this i get error out of memory.

OTA firmwares do never contain bootloaders as this is very dangerous. Cut it out and make your update.
