Hi,

I'm new in the world of Z-wave.
I installed Windows server version 2.3.3
My USB dongle is recognize as " Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM6)
9600 8 none 1
It is an Acon labs Stick 2 , DSA02203.

So in the App >Z-Wave Network Access
I changed the Serial port to Z-Wave dongle to > \\.\COM6
Pressed Save

But still I get an error
"An unexpected error occurred while initialising the Z-Wave controller data."

I even restarted the service

What do I do wrong?

Z-Way is not compatible with any single. You need to use UZB dongle
