I installed Domoticz in my Raspbian 3B+ with Raspbian Stretch with desktop Version: October 2018. When I connect the z-wave.me model ZMEEUZB1 and power on the raspberry the dongle flash in blue two times. When I run Domoticz, add the UZB anthis recognize it, then I try to add a new node but the uzb not do nothing, no flashing and not binding the device.

I reinstalled the raspbian and domoticz but no have solution. I see the correct port usb, this is ttyACMO

Any solution please
