I have recently installed my Razberry but can not include any device.

From system point of view I do not see any problems but neither
- include of Figaro devies
- Firmware updates etc.

I have 2.3.8 installed and the Firmware version is 5.04. It offers to upgrade to 5.07 but this also fails.
I also tried to upgrade the boot loader. Same result
work.

Logging doesn't show a lot of data either.

Since I am totally new to this system please indicate which further information is necessary.

Update: I have been able to update the firmware to *.22. But still the inclusion doesn't work...

Check your homeID. If it is 55555555 or similar, then check our Known Problems page on the site http://z-wave.me/hardware-problems/

Also check th frequency on the Network/Control page
