I purchased a Linear GD00Z-4 garage door opener last year and it worked perfectly without a hitch.
I am using a Samsung SmartThings v3 hub. I am controlling using the app and Alexa.
Then all of a sudden, it only started understanding “close” commands and the sensor wasn’t sensing the correct status of the door. I replaced the batteries, reset the controller, removed & re-added the device. I even bought an entire new device.
The new device is now having the same issues as the old one.
When I run a “Z-Wave Network Repair”, I usually get these errors:
“Network repair for Garage Door [13]. Could not assign new route.” “Network repair for Garage Door [13]. Could not delete old routes.” “Network repair for Garage Door [13]. Could not update neighbors.”
How can I fix these? Thanks!

First try to get it closer to the SmartThins Hub for testing, second use a SmartThings forum, there might be better help.
