Interview errors with Fibaro Walli devices

I didn't have the time to try the Walli again. But today I received three new WALLC-S. I allready had 10 of those and so far never had a problem. These come with a different name "Schwaiger ZHS 03", but they look like WALLC-S and work like those... except that I get the same error that security interview fails. Strange observation: After just restarting inclusion, without exclusion, one suddenly went to 100%. Still the error message that secure inclusion failed, but in expert UI the device now shows no errors... but security channel is missing completely. What does this mean: Is the device now included correct or not?

I just again tried re-including the Walli plug. Still fails the security channel. Could there be something amiss with my z-way controller configuration?
