http://www.openremote.org for the community version, http://www.openremote.com for the commercial services.
Do bear in mind their native Z-Wave implementation is very limited (switch, dimmer, thermostat), and still early beta if not alpha. It does not have the notion of scenes, schedules, zones. They do include the powerful Drools engine which has to provide the 'smartness', but it is not very well integrated, and awkward to program.
The strength of their concept is that it integrates multiple protocols for home automation and audiovisual equipmentment. It is very easy to make interfaces for Web, Ipad/phone, Android. If your objective is to integrate HA with AV OpenRemote+Razberry might become an interesting combo. (I do not know if OR and Z-Way will run in parallel on Raspberry; OR being Java based is quite hungry)

You have updated the soft, but not the f/w. Do you want to change f/w to 5.03? We hope to publish the f/w update utility soon.

I have been using the native ZWave implementation of OpenRemote for a while. I have tested SynoZwave, and of course Z-Cloud. A friend of mine had Vera and was unsuccessful with using my DLC.
I understand that the OpenRemote developers are working on an interface with the Vera. The latter seems to automatically recover DLC panics.
