Is there any sample software for door lock given with the razberry ?
I have door lock sample application included in the z-wave SDK (bought from Zensys).. Is that sufficient to control door locks ?

It is sufficient, but it would be hard to use with RaZberry, since the s/w is for Windows, while the RaZberry is for Raspberry Pi box. Unless you find a Windows for Raspberry Pi

Could the current openzwave source files (lock,security) enable door lock control ? if so , how is that (implementation) ?

The next version of RaZberry
The next version of RaZberry s/w will include DoorLock suppoort. It is comming!
