I have added a 2Gig z-wave thermostat (model CT-100) and it will not complete the inverview although it looks like it does. How can I go about troubleshooting this?

We have never tested this thermostat, since it is available only in US. What means "it will not complete the inverview although it looks like it does"? Do you miss some functionality from this deivce? Or it works, but the interview is not complete?
Please press on the Show Interview Results button and give us the list of non-finished interview. Also please paste us the nodeInfoFrame content from the device (press in Interview Results dialog on the device name and look on nodeInfoFrame value). I'm pretty sure this device have some Command Classes not implemented by RaZberry. We are implementing some of Command Classes used in US specific thermostats. We believe this release will be available in 10-14 days.

We are testing Radio
We are testing Radio Thermostat CT100 device. Seems to be same as yours. It passes 90% of the interview out of the box, but still some minor stuff is missing. NExt release will have compleate support of theses devices.

How do I get the interview log to send via email? I just updated the firmware tonight and this is still not working.

RT101 Interview issues
Hi, I have an RT101 and am having similar issues (the RT101 is a bebadged RT100 sold through Lowes on their iris system). The interview process initially fails after Manufacturer-specific, and version, but I can force re-interview of all of the other classes besides multichannel. Here's the generated record:
