It must be something to do with your Linux distrib, probably you should upgrade to the latest version.
Okay, and you haven't seen this problem before?
I'm running Domoticz, I'll try theirs forum again.

I actually have neither Raspberry Pi nor Tellstick, so I haven't seen this :)
I'd start with system logs, probably it is some Raspbian issue.

Found the problem, it was that I had specified the /Dev/USB0 in the tellstick config file. Removed that and now all is working as it should.

Code: Select all

2015-03-01 16:09:52.983 Error, ERROR: Cannot open serial port /dev/ttyUSB0. Error code 2
2015-03-01 16:09:52.983 Error, ERROR: Failed to open serial port /dev/ttyUSB0
I didn't have any problem having both the tellstick and the Razberry on the same Pi or Pi 2.
My z-way-server is using /dev/ttyAMA0 for Razberry on Pi 2.

With a 2.1A I didn't have power problems running the Tellstick on the USB port of the Pi2. (But the power supply itself turned out wonky, so now the Pi 2 is on the old 0.5A.)

(I have moved the Tellstick back to the old Pi.)

I bought a Raspberry USB hub, that solved my power problem.

Is it possible to control tellstick via razberry?

Because i have both devices but would be great to controll both via z-wave.me UI

I understand that, I have tellstick, but is it possible to control it with SmartHome UI and apps ?

I'm running Domoticz on my raspberryPI with a razberry board and a tellstick. Works great. But you may need to buy a USB hub. I have the official USB hub for raspberry pi.

Do you use Domoticz with Zway, or with OpenZwave?
