v2.0.2-rc2

Post by elmoray »

The web site says that rc2 is out, but I get a 404 error saying the install file does not exist.

No! Stick to v2.0.2-rc1. The newer ones are all beta's that you better stay away from, unless the Z-Wave.Me team advises you differently

No problem with that, but the site showed it being ready. Also, rc1 seems to have shutdown my z-wave. It may have something to do with the frequency, but I don't know how to debug the problem.

Yea I took the plunge. So far so good, a thermostat issue was fixed, still weird fahrenheit issues...

I did try rc3 yesterday, and lost my configuration in that action......
So do backup before you try.

Z-Way does a backup if you use the 8084 UI - check /opt folder

That is very true and a good reminder.
But users should also regularly backup to a storage outside RaspberryPi for those situations that the SD card gets corrupted.
