All in all a great release, I can use my thermostats now.

I am not confident there is much reason for happiness about this. It looks like they solved setting thermostats from the Smarthome User Interface only. My concern is that I don't see any relation to the home automation engine/virtual device API. Since long I badly need possibility to set (radiator)thermostat temperature, and mode via the API, scenes and and logical rules. Over time I am getting pretty convinced that is never going to happen.

I have to agree with you pz1. My thermostat is in Fahrenheit, however the values it reports in v2.2.0 UI are in Celsius (0-40). The maximum value I can change to in the UI is 40, which is a big problem for Fahrenheit. The same thing was happening in previous version. I've posted several messages about this issue and no one responds.

Maybe they'll answer next year. In the past it has been silent for some weeks as well.

I can confirm the same, I have sendmail installed and setup appropriately as I do receive emails from my raspberry and I'm using a customized App for email for zway. I've opened an issue on github #312.
