New 2.2.0 is out! UZB1 still failing

Fixes:
- Restore functionality fixed. Make sure to update bootloader and firmware to 5.04 on UZB and RaZberry before running restore!!!

Bootloader update still fails. Tried it on a new Raspi2 and a new UZB (I did send you the report by email yesterday)

Upgrade from "2015-11-11 5.4 Update bootloader for 05.04 to 34A9" does not work for me neither. Looks like everything goes ok, but the choice to upgrade remains in "upgrade menu".

I can confirm the same result on both 2.1.1-rc17 and 2.2.0. On the first attempt to install the update I see the message "Bootloader was successfully updated. Please reload the page.". On subsequent attempts (after a page reload) the message reads "Error handling data."

I have the exact same issue running on Windows 10 with release v2.1.2-rc17. Looks like the upgrade of the bootloader from 05.04 to 34A9 goes fine but then the update option is still there showing a possibility to upgrade from 05.04 to 34A9.

By the way, I see a version v2.2.1-rc3.tgz available for Raspberry. Will the Windows-version be synced up to 2.2.1 soon also?
