On the "Known problems" page (http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=29 ) it says that if a device does not report switch states it might be so that the Association group isn't set. The problem is that in expert mode I cannot set this:

I fixed this by re-adding the device. Some weirdness that went away after fiddling with it a while..
