Have you mentioned the firmware debacle over on OpenHab? (I am pete there too).
Will stay away from updating the firmware for the time bean.
Been testing the RPi2 with GPIO Razberry card in the attic to see if I could melt it with temps that peak around 140°F. It has a better footprint in the attic.
I have the Razberry remoting (serial to network-network to serial) to the HA mini mothership which originally was another RPi2 and now is a Xi3 Xi5a.
Concurrently tested out the Pine64/2Gb running Ubuntu 16.XX 64bit. Works great right now.
I like the Xi5a a bit more though than the Pine64.
