Question about inclusion, need help

I installed a new gen 5 razberry fråm begining and everyting seems to work exept inclusion.
Its the same result from expert and smart home.

New device is found but its not listed and the device is still shows visual that its not included to a controller.
The device is working on 2 other controllera, razberry and vera 2.

My rig is a pi b+ and 2.2.1 updated from 1.7.1 image.

its same result if i install Jessie and install 2.2.0 or 2.2.1.

Any clue what to test?

Did you exclude it before including? That often does the trick

What is your home ID?

If you see some "strage" home ID, check this recipe: http://razberry.z-wave.me/index.php?id=29 (RaZberry can include and exclude devices, but they are all marked as dead immediately)

I forgot to post that i solved it earlier, i had to change the /boot/cmdline.txt file.

Every new installation i did i had to do this on, strange.
Edit \boot\cmdline.txt and took away "console=serial0,115200 "
My original cmdline.txt
dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=serial0,115200 console=tty1 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait

console=serial0,115200
