OpenELEC (Raspberry Pi 3) and Z-wave stick

I used latest version of OpenELEC (Kodi) installed on my Raspberry Pi 3. The Kodi is controlled with my TV remote.
I also own Aeon Labs USB Stick S2.
Is there any way to switch on/off the light with my TV remote?

Looks like RaZberry could be installed on my Pi in addition to OpenELEC, but I can not find a manual.

ZWay (RaZberry software) does not run on your AEON stick. It is designed for the RaZberry and UZB1 from Zwave.Me

If I buy UZB1, will I be able to implement what I want?

It seems to be rather cumbersome according to this thread, which deals with a much older version of ZWay. It is very much at your own risk I am afraid.
PS: Next to UZB1 you will need a ZWay license. The RaZberry device is cheaper because it does include the license,
