Hi there,
I am new to all this and have just purchased a raspberry pi and razberry conrtoller board. I installed the standard image from http://razberry.z-wave.me (done it several times and flashed several cards - even tried a different raspberry pi). First I purchased some qubino relays - they just wont pair - next i bought some Vision sensors and they too wont pair. It just says inclusion takes a long time to start and does nothing. I tried to contact intuitech (the supplier) in case there is a problem with the board itself but have not gotten a response. Does anyone have any insight that might help me?

Make sure the frequency is same (change frequnecy in the Expert UI -> Netwrok -> Control).
Try to exclude first.
Make sure to correctly initiate learn mode on the device itself.
Move the device closer.

Hi and thanks for the reply. As it happens I decided to order another unit which has installed and paired to several vendors products seamlessly on the same pi/zwave install. Strange but to me that definitely says there is a fault on the original z-wave board.
