Razberry 2 range problem

Hello.
I have a problem with razberry 2. I have D-Link DCH-Z510 siren and Everspring PIR Sensor.
DCH-Z510 is in one room with razberry and PIR Sensor is out through one wall with window - about 8 meters.
Status on enclosed screens.
Do you know what the problem might be?
