razberry doesn't work

Hello,
I bought razberry board and installed on raspberry pi2 B. I installed http://razberry.z-wave.me/z-way-server/razberry.img.zip on SD. It is working, I can log into software over webGUI. But system doesn't see z-wave.
On raspberry booting and during operation, LEDs on razberry constantly shines.
