Z-way on NanoPI - Update vendors database failed.

Post by Leif »

Hello,

I finally have Z-way + UZB up and running on a FriedlyArm NanoPI NEO 512mb board.

The z-way part is working perfectly, but one thing isn't: The vendor database!

I get the following message:
" You will need to update the database to view vendors and devices. Do you want to update the database? "
I click YES, and the message instantly changes to "Update vendors database failed."

The LOG simply says the following:

[2019-01-27 06:36:10.516] [core] Notification: error (core): Error has occured during updating the Z-Wave devices list

That is all it says. It doesn't go into any more detail than that.

Is there a prerequisite package missing maybe? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind. Ordered and received a Raspberry Pi 3 B+, started over with http://razberry.z-wave.me/z-way-server/razberry.img.zip . Vendor database now works.

In ZDDX there is UpdateXMLs.sh

I assume the script requires some dependencies in your NanoPi
