Razberry 2 - firmware version 4.02

Post by g_bremmer »

I'm trying to update my Razberry, but I can't find the firmware to upgrade from 4.x to 5. Who can help me?

I'm using the tool:
zmeserialupdater

You are right, it's 4.2. How do I upgrade from 4.2 to 5.x?

Nope..
4.2 and 5.x do not exist on z-way.
You are in the wrong forum.
Try Google search.

Not true. The previous Razberry board based upon the 500 series chip:
Firmware
Library Type: Static Controller
SDK Version: 6.82.01
Serial API Version: 05.39

The OP is asking about the firmware and hence why the title states Razberry 2 - firmware.

As you said.. The OP is asking about the firmware and hence why the title states Razberry 2 - firmware.

Maybe I overstated by saying "4.2 and 5.x do not exist on z-way"
yes 5.xx does exist.

Back in 2016 The firmware was 5.02 on Gen 3 Hardware.
Firmware 4.02 or 4.2! As I am aware of has never been released.

Yes 4.0.0.2 Software has recently been available. But I wouldn't class that as Firmware.

You cannot upgrade Firmware from 4.2 to 5.xx, Because Firmware 4.2 never existed.
Doesn't mater what 5.xx is available.
if OP is on 4.2 now, he needs to Clarify what Hardware device he is using.

My Original answer still stands.
Use Google to identify it !
