Popp 433 Bridge not working

I have recently purchased a Popp 433 Gateway, and it is properly connected to my Wifi Network and in the "433" app shown as connected.

I can, however not get it to working.
When teaching in a device (a remote control), the following is happening:

1. it is receiving a signal approx 1/s with an empty "pulse train"
2. when pressing a button on the remonte control it is receiving a pulse train correctly
3. when pressing the test button in the z-way software, nothing happens. The server-log outputs the following:


It is correctly detecting sent codes from a remote control. However, nothing is happening when I click on the "Test" button and the z-way-server.log shows:

Is this a known problem, and how could I make it work again?

This product is EOL for many years now. I think you need to contact Popp to get support.

You are right, of course. But Z-Way is listing the device as officially supported on its homepage:

This made me considering to buy the device in the first place. I would be fine with the device not being supported anymore. But then it should also be removed from the Z-Way manual.

For now, I will contact Popp.

A quick update:
Popp's support has confirmed that the 433 Bridge is not anymore working with the Z-Way interface, and I receive a refund for my purchase.

I would advocate for removing the device from the Manual then and having a note in the description of the app that it is not anymore functional.
