Hi,
Seems I have bricked my Z-Uno. I have just uploaded some HTU21D stuff, il was working for around 30 but now I am not able to reconnect it on my mac, the USB device is not detected anymore....
What I need to do to fix that?
Regards
Bricked ?
Re: Bricked ?
Hi,
do not think that it is a real problem
Try the factory reset:
http://z-uno.z-wave.me/Reference/Z-Wave/#Device%20reset
("hold Service button for 5 seconds and then press three times")
Rescue mode can help too:
("To go into Rescue mode hold down the Service Button and then hold down the Reset button, wait for a second, release the Reset button then release the Service Button.")

Unfortunatly no luck at all. Red LED is still on...

Re: Bricked ?
I just fixed it using a linux box. Seems the usb when "bricked" on OS X get still bricked ... So I cannot have the serial port until I unplug/replug it... Which doesn't work on OS x.
Re: Bricked ?
Did you try it with another OSes? We know that there are some problems with new MacOS X Sierra. Do you have Mac with USB type C or use USB 2.0? If you try Z-Uno with it just add USB2.0 hub between them.

Was under El Captain on an iMac 27" mid-2010.
Usb with serial emulation has alway been pick on Mac OS X.
My work lappy work without any pain since it is on linux. So I will develop on it instead.
