Change Logging Settings with 2.1.4

Hi,
i enabled logging to UART0 and get some SFxx Information. But now I want to disable the Logging, but I cannot, the logging is there even after new upload of a sketch. I tried to burn the bootloader again, but the only thing I get is a message that the boot loader is already the installed required version.
That do I need todo to change the logging and/or security settings?
