Razberry using Z-Cloud

Post by soitjes » 04 Mar 2013 23:42

Hello,

Could somebody clarify whether the Razberry is using Z-cloud as backend or not ? Or is this a pure local solution ?

Thanks,

Soitjes.

Well, RaZberry is a h/w + s/w.

RaZberry h/w can be used with Z-Cloud if you want so.

As for s/w, no, RaZberry s/w does not use Z-Cloud and is a fully standalone application. So, you are free to choose one of two possibilities: standalone s/w or Z-Cloud SaaS.

Very good, because I'm looking for a standalone solution. I will buy one and have a look how I can integrate this in my Digital Home Server application : http://www.digitalhomeserver.net.

I was in contact before with somebody from z-wave.me to discuss integration, but I didn't want to support a cloud solution. Now that you're offering a standalone solution I am very interested to start the work.

I might need some support on the way though...
