zway server crashes after sending lock open/close command

Post by jkebinger »

When I send an open or close command to my Yale lock, the lock toggles and then the web server becomes unresponsive and I have to start the z-way-server again.

Here's the end of the log file:

Please give us a bit more log info - at least the last RECEIVED: line. Best would be to send us the full log by mail.

Fixed in latest release.

Fixed in latest release. Please confirm. Does the Yale lock work correctly with RaZberry? Had you to manually force interview or it passed all steps itself?

We have not Yale in our lab to make tests - we would be happy to get some feedbck from you.

Yale Lock Problem

Post by DGL »

I am trying connect a Yale Real Living Touchscreen Deadbolt. Have the Zconnector working and connected under Linux.

The interview with the lock does not finish, Manufacturer Sepcific, Version and Security remain open.
Excluding and reincluding does not help. Forcing reinterview seems not possible as there is no button on the lock but a menu mode which only allows for exclusion / inclusion.
The lock reacts on NIF requests as per the logfile. Re-force of interview just results in a log message:
"Send to device 7, instance 0, manufacturer_specific get: Delivered"
No reply from lock.
Did anyone manage to get the Yale lock fully functional under Z-Wave.me ?
Thanks

I have the same error

Post by jonnes1 »

Hi, i'm from Brazil and use Razberry since start and have the same problem with Yale Touchscreen Deadbolt. The interview does not finish and commands don't work.

Other things works very well, thank Razberry. Plans for Brazil frequency? 921.4 Mhz?

Thanks

Yale was tested with RaZberry

Post by PoltoS »

Yale was tested with RaZberry to work perfectly. Please reinclude the device using our latest software v1.3.1.

We are thinking about BR frequencies, but we need to find a big enough customer to manufacture them for a reasonable price

Z-Cloud does not pass

Post by PoltoS »

Z-Cloud does not pass interview with Secure Locks. You can manually force interview (all except Version will pass). You need to do it immediatelly after inclusion by pressing Force-Interview button on Security Command Class and then on others.

RaZberry fully support Secure devices
