I can't include any module, nothing append

Hello,
I have install the last z-way server on my raspberry withe the razberry extension.

I bought a Fibaro door/window sensor (FGK101) and a AEON LABS SMART ENERGY ILLUMINATOR.
All of them are EU versions.

When i want to include a module.
The red led of the razberry turn on and I have this log:

I push 3 times on the button of either module, but nothing append.

20 seconds later. the red light turn off and i have these logs:

I try to exclude first but it the same thing

Can someone help me or have any idea?

Hi,
I think that maybe the distance between FIBARO and your Raspberry is too big so that the signal will not be received by Raspberry.

For Fibaro 101 it is important that the switch on back side is closed while inclusion / exclusion, so if Fibaro is not mounted press down the switch on back side and then press multiple times (3 times) short the internal inclusion switch.

I think then it will work.

Thanks Michap,

I try to include my Fibaro 101 with the switch on back side pressed, and that works correctly.
For my AEON i think the distance was to long.

Unfortunately, i can't continue my tests for the moment because i'm going on holiday tomorrow.
Next step in two weeks.
