StellaZ

Post by luxus »

i got 4 StellaZ and running into some problems
in the Smarthome ui don't have any options in the switch
in the expertui i can switch the mode of the valve (change the mode and do nothing until the next wakeup, not even reload)
sometimes the Valve control don't update for hours, i can't see if the valve is open or not.
the temperature sensor works pretty well.

i wish there is anything better than this :( the danfoss lc-13 is not really an option.. no sensor, just a valve control with a pseudo temperature)

This indeed is something that is since long on the wish list. See Github issue #264

Edit: i think i fixed it by recalibrate 3x..
i use some wd-40 to reduce the screaming of the valve thingy

If you have Danfoss Valves you can get "valve thingy" replacements if they get really old

If you need manual calibration of the valve, you need to use Expert Ui to switch to special mode of the valve control (special thermostat mode).

Smart Home UI will certainly not support it as a ''geeky" feature - geeky feature usage requires 1 minute of geek configuration - then simple "dimmer" will work in smart home UI too
