Devices not communicating after firmware update/upgrade to 2.3.7

Post by devbobo » 10 Oct 2018 01:25

G'day Guys,

I recently upgraded to v2.3.7 and have also upgraded my Razberry's firmware, but now by devices are no longer communicating.

I believe this all seems from the Operating Frequency being reset. There is one firmware update remaining listed as...

Update from 5.32 to 5.23 firmware for EU/US/RU/IN/CN/ANZ/BR

But when I attempt to install this I receive the error...
Unable to update data. /ZWave.zway/ZMEFirmwareUpgrade

I'm located in Australia so I need the ANZ setting.

Any help to get this working again would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

David

Hi,

I had the same problem, but after upgrade v2.3.7 Razberry's firmware to v2.3.8 you can downgrade the device firmware from 5.32 to 5.23 firmware for EU/US/RU/IN/CN/ANZ/BR

Best Regards,
Edge

You can explicitly change the frequency of the board using /JS/Run/ZMEFreqChange(n) where n depends on the frequency you need. For ANZ n = 4
