Is there a way I can find out which version of the raZberry I have and a list to detail the correct and latest firmware for it? As I suspect my current problems with the Stella Z s may be down to this

Sorry I did not make myself clear. Once I have included, interviewed and selected the correct file for the stellas. No further communication takes place even if I wake up the stellas. I think I might of defined a wakeup period rather than an interval. I'm using 300 seconds, do you know if a very long period is set by default. I'll put the information I'm certain of up here tomorrow when I'm back at work.
