You might need to make NVM erase from the Arduino IDE. This might happen on update of the firmware from older to newer.

They have the same firmwares. rapid shinig is during inclusion mode and when there are no sketch. Please try to upload the sketch via a button on the web site https://z-uno.z-wave.me/examples/SimpleSwitch/ (on the top right of the code window, please use Google Chrome)
