Re: Inability to include any new Z-Wave device
Hello, Yes, I use Paragon Backup on Windows to back up the SD card. I also take both backups from Z-way when I make changes, and I just tested a backup and restore of the ZBK and it all works normally now! But, yes, I have no idea why the SUC node id got changed. Hopefully no other data is corrupted...

Re: Inability to include any new Z-Wave device
Seattleneil, Thanks for all of your help! Although the buttons for SUC/SIS management didn't work, your JS API _did_ work and I was able to set the SUC back to node 1, and then everything started working normally again! I have no idea why that got changed to node 153. Also, the next device I include...

Re: Inability to include any new Z-Wave device
Unfortunately, I can't Assign SUC. Those buttons are grayed out. AssignSUC.png I have not ever had this as a secondary controller. I did have a different Razberry (an older model), but the two were never online at the same time. Also, it worked fine to include all of my devices when I first set up t...

Re: Inability to include any new Z-Wave device
Hello, This is an old thread, but I'm experiencing this same problem. I can't include any devices--the device fails to get into inclusion mode. Exclusions work. I've tried restarting the device (power disconnect), as well as API soft reset. I've also tried taking a backup and restoring that backup (...

Z-Way 3.1.4 upgrade from 3.0.6 - Webserver cannot set headers
Hello, I just upgraded Z-way on my Razberry from 3.0.6 to 3.1.4. I use OpenRemote and therefore use OpenRemoteHelpers. However, OpenRemoteHelper call is getting: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' of undefined as a response. In z-way-server.log, there are many of t...

Re: Razberry Z-Way 3.0.0--CRC16 and Security classes showing up
Thanks, PoltoS! I upgraded my RPi yesterday and manually removed the Security and CRC CC's from the devices that mistakenly had them. So far so good--they haven't come back! I'm seeing another unrelated problem. I have several in-wall binary switches (Jasco and Honeywell) that can't complete the Ass...

Re: Razberry Z-Way 3.0.0--CRC16 and Security classes showing up
Thanks, PoltoS! I can't wait to give this a try--hopefully I'll be rid of all the "Interview is not complete" listings!
What was the fix exactly?
Thanks!

Re: Razberry Z-Way 3.0.0--CRC16 and Security classes showing up
Hello,
Any chance that there's been progress on this? I still have to re-NIF and interview some of my switches a couple times a week to make them work again. It's pretty annoying.
Thanks!

Re: Razberry Z-Way 3.0.0--CRC16 and Security classes showing up
Thanks for your thoughts. It'd be great if we could have a solution. That said, I've been running Z-Way for years and this problem only started after I upgraded to Z-Way 3.0. I don't know if there was a change in 3.0 that allowed corrupt packets to be honored more, or something else... But the probl...

Re: Razberry Z-Way 3.0.0--CRC16 and Security classes showing up
Hello,
Is there a fix being made for this problem? It's unclear from PoltoS's last response. But the CRC16 as well as Security command classes showing up on devices that don't support them and then failing to respond to commands is growing quite tiresome.
Thanks!
