I've been struggling with this for quite some time, many thanks for this solution.

Updating to a newer version still does not help: one core at 100% even after a reboot and webinterface does not start.
Has anyone managed to resolve this?

I've got the same issue with rc29: updating to this version puts one of my raspi cores at 100%, also after a restart. An way to solve this?
