It is available as a .deb package, but has not yet been added to the repository. It will be added next week so you will be able to upgrade.

@poltos, just upgraded, it says "upgrade succesfull" but it is still on 3.1.4 , even after reboot

I think i found the problem. It seems the device was inventoried twice. I saw this at the expert GUI. This was not visible in the normal GUI. I will add new device in the Expert GUI only next time.
